Experiences

• Improved loading semantics for Query Blocks: Query blocks now support a "Use Stale While Revalidate" option. When enabled (the default), query reruns continue to show the previous results while fresh data loads in the background, eliminating UI flicker on re-fetches.
• ForEach Execution Context: Flow executions triggered from within complex ForEach block configurations.
• Active State for Buttons: Buttons now support an active pseudo-state alongside the existing readonly and disabled states.
• Inline Calendar Active Styling (Beta): The inline calendar experience block gains activeColor and activeBorderRadius configuration options that allow designers to customise how the selected/active date appears.
• Literal Schema Modal for Entity Context: The Entity Context block in the Experience designer now uses a modal dialogue for editing inline literal schemas, providing a cleaner UX with a save/cancel workflow instead of inline editing.

Schemas

• XLSX Schema Inference: The schema import modal has been redesigned with a tabbed interface and now supports a new XLSX import option. Upload an Excel file, and Ligantic will read workbook metadata (sheets, row counts, ranges), let you select a sheet and row range, and automatically infer the schema from the data.
• GeometryCollection Support: GeoJSON fields now support GeometryCollection as a geometry type, completing the GeoJSON specification coverage in schemas, entity validation, and the GeoJSON editor.
• File Schema Defaults: New file-type schema fields now default to the "image" category instead of being unset, matching the most common use case.
• Image Annotation Editor: A full-featured image annotation editor, enabling users to draw on, mark up, and annotate images directly within the entity editor. Supports:
  • Drawing tools: freehand, rectangle, circle, arrow, and text.
  • Selection & transforms: move, resize, and rotate shapes.
  • Crop tool with interactive region selection.
  • Colour picker for annotation colours.
  • Undo/redo history.
  • Rotation (90° left and right).
  • Save the annotated image back as a file.
• Audio Recording Device Selection: The audio recording feature now lets users select their preferred microphone from a dropdown of available input devices. A live waveform visualiser provides real-time visual feedback during recording.
• Clipboard Image Paste: Images can now be pasted directly into file fields using Ctrl+V. Ligantic also proactively detects clipboard images and displays a "Paste from clipboard" button when one is available.

Flows

• Content Input for AI Data Extraction: The AI Data Extraction flow node now accepts content as an input option, in addition to plain text, enabling extraction from formatted content sources and images.

Spaces

• Space Invite Screen: A space invite landing page is now displayed to organisation members and pending invitees, making it easier to join spaces.
• Auth Strategy Disambiguation: Authentication strategy selectors now differentiate strategies that share the same name by displaying additional distinguishing information.

🐛 Fixes

Experiences

• Auto-Trim URLs in Content Sections: URLs in rich text content are now automatically trimmed of leading/trailing whitespace before being resolved, preventing accidental relative path interpretation from stray spaces.
• Fixed false-positive dependency detection during Space import that incorrectly flagged standalone experience block imports.
• Fixed literal value handling in Experience flows: datum references are now resolved and validated against schemas.
• Fixed the content editor to always have at least one default paragraph, preventing invalid empty editor states.
• Fixed bar chart Y-axis label rendering to display all values instead of truncating.

Flows

• Fixed data literal node processing to correctly map output values to the configured schema structure.
• Bulk Flow executions triggered from the entity table now properly apply schema-defined default values to the input data.
• Flow Execute Node's trigger-node selector now correctly passes data handles to the selected trigger node.

Schemas

• CSV schema inference no longer incorrectly treats entries with a field literally named type as schema type discriminators.
• Improved the Schema View Selector's clickable area and visual consistency.
• Improved the robustness of the application of entity updates.
