XLSX Schema Inference: The schema import modal has been redesigned with a tabbed interface and now supports a new XLSX import option. Upload an Excel file, and Ligantic will read workbook metadata (sheets, row counts, ranges), let you select a sheet and row range, and automatically infer the schema from the data.
GeometryCollection Support: GeoJSON fields now support GeometryCollection as a geometry type, completing the GeoJSON specification coverage in schemas, entity validation, and the GeoJSON editor.
File Schema Defaults: New file-type schema fields now default to the "image" category instead of being unset, matching the most common use case.
Image Annotation Editor: A full-featured image annotation editor, enabling users to draw on, mark up, and annotate images directly within the entity editor. Supports:
Drawing tools: freehand, rectangle, circle, arrow, and text.
Selection & transforms: move, resize, and rotate shapes.
Crop tool with interactive region selection.
Colour picker for annotation colours.
Undo/redo history.
Rotation (90° left and right).
Save the annotated image back as a file.
Audio Recording Device Selection: The audio recording feature now lets users select their preferred microphone from a dropdown of available input devices. A live waveform visualiser provides real-time visual feedback during recording.
Clipboard Image Paste: Images can now be pasted directly into file fields using Ctrl+V. Ligantic also proactively detects clipboard images and displays a "Paste from clipboard" button when one is available.
