Highlights

  • Portable integrations - Saved OAuth and SQL credentials can now be exported from one space and imported into another, with referencing flow nodes rewired automatically. Only the credential configuration is exported - secret values stay in your secret store.
  • OAuth client credentials - OAuth credentials support the client credentials grant for service-to-service integrations, and manual endpoint entry for providers without a discovery document.
  • Secrets in HTTP headers - HTTP nodes accept secret values in header fields.
  • PPTX previews - PowerPoint files can be previewed in the entity editor.
  • Streamed PDF previews - PDFs load via byte-range requests instead of downloading the whole file.
  • Duration field - The duration editor is redesigned as a popover with a unit picker.
  • Range selection - Shift-click to select a range of rows in the entity table.
  • Case-insensitive filtering - New ignore-case equality operators for string fields.
  • Bug Fixes - Filter builder, text rendering, and layout fixes; billing validation corrected to allow zero.

Feature Spotlights

Portable Integrations

Space export and import now carry your integrations. Saved OAuth 2.0 credentials and SQL connections can be exported from one space and imported into another; the credentials are recreated for the target space and any flow nodes that referenced the originals are rewired to the imported copies.

What's in the export: the credential's configuration - name, grant type, endpoints, client ID, scopes, and refresh period - plus a reference to where the secret is stored. The secret value itself is never written to the export file. On import, the credential is recreated with the same configuration and pointed at the same space secret location, so the target space must either already have the secret available there, or provide it after the import process.

How to use it:

  1. Open the source space and go to Settings > Export.
  2. Tick the OAuth credentials and SQL connections you want to include, alongside the schemas, flows, and experiences they depend on.
  3. Download the export and import it into the target space.
  4. Flow nodes that referenced the original credentials now point to the imported copies.

Configuration: No configuration required. Exporting and importing credentials requires space admin access.

OAuth Client Credentials and Manual Endpoints

OAuth credentials now support two more ways to connect: the client credentials grant for service-to-service integrations, and manual endpoint entry for providers that do not publish a discovery document.

  • Client credentials grant - the credential exchanges a client ID and secret directly with the provider's token endpoint. No browser redirect, no user sign-in, and no callback URL.
  • Manual endpoint entry - enter the authorisation and token endpoints by hand instead of discovering them from an issuer, and choose how the client secret is sent (client_secret_basic or client_secret_post).

How to use it:

  1. Open the space's Integrations > OAuth 2.0 and create a credential.
  2. Pick the grant type: User Authorization (Authorization Code) or App-Level Token (Client Credentials).
  3. Pick the endpoint source: Discover from issuer or Enter endpoints manually.
  4. Fill in the client ID, secret, and scopes, then save.

Configuration: No configuration required.

Entity Editor File Previews

The entity editor now previews PowerPoint files and loads PDFs faster.

  • PPTX previews - PowerPoint files render slide-by-slide, with only the first few slides parsed up front and the rest materialised as you scroll.
  • Streamed PDF previews - PDFs load via byte-range requests, so the first page renders without downloading the whole document.

How to use it: Open a record with a PPTX or PDF file in the entity editor. The preview appears inline and opens in a fullscreen modal on click.

Configuration: No configuration required.

New Features

Spaces

Portable integrations

Space export and import now include saved OAuth 2.0 credentials and SQL connections.

  • Export - the export screen lists your OAuth credentials and SQL connections alongside schemas, flows, and experiences. Tick the credentials to include them.
  • Import - imported credentials are recreated for the target space, and flow nodes that referenced the originals are rewired to the imported copies.
  • Secrets - the export contains the credential's configuration and a reference to where the secret is stored, never the secret value. On import, the credential is recreated with the same configuration and pointed at the same space secret location; the target space must already have the secret available or provide it after the import process.

OAuth client credentials and manual endpoints

The OAuth credential form gains two capabilities:

  • Client credentials grant - exchange a client ID and secret directly for a token. No browser redirect, user sign-in, or callback URL. The credential re-authenticates on each use (it holds no refresh token).
  • Manual endpoint entry - enter the authorisation and token endpoints by hand instead of discovering them from an issuer. Choose how the client secret is sent: client_secret_basic (HTTP Basic) or client_secret_post (in the request body).

Range selection in the entity table

Select a contiguous block of rows with a single action: check one row, then shift-click another to select everything in between. A select-all control toggles the whole page.

Schema search matches plural forms

Schema names are stored in the singular but shown in the plural. Navigation search now ranks against both forms, so, for example, searching for "Tasks" surfaces the "Task" schema.

Flows

Secrets in HTTP headers

The HTTP node's header fields now accept secret values as well as plain strings and numbers. A secret header is resolved at runtime and is not logged.

Case-insensitive filtering

String filter fields gain two operators:

  • Equal to (Ignore case)
  • Not equal to (Ignore case)

Both work in the filter builder and in saved filters.

Experiences

PPTX previews

PowerPoint (PPTX) files can be previewed in the entity editor, alongside the existing PDF and DOCX previews. Slides render lazily: only the first few parse up front and the rest materialise on scroll. A render failure falls back to the file link.

Streamed PDF previews

PDF previews load via byte-range requests instead of downloading the whole file, so the first page renders quickly even for large documents.

Duration field redesign

The duration field in the entity editor is redesigned as a popover with a unit picker, matching the styling of the other inputs.

Fixes

  • Filter builder - a literal value that is cleared while editing is now kept unset instead of being coerced to null, so the four value states (set, empty, null, unset) are preserved correctly.
  • Text rendering - removed an incorrect growth style from rendered text.
  • Layout - applied a minimum height for growth and reset hidden iframes to stop unwanted regrowth.
