Ligantic has 4 different subscription plans:
Ligantic uses a token system to allow you to access the features on our platform. You buy tokens and then use those tokens to access different tools and capabilities.
The Professional, Team, and Enterprise plans each include tokens each month. For example, the Professional plan gives you 500,000 tokens per month. But the tokens you don't use don't carry over to the next month - they expire. You can buy additional prepaid tokens at any time, and these don't expire.
The amount of tokens you use per feature depends on your subscription plan. The Personal plan has a 10x multiplier, so you use 10 times as many tokens per feature. The Enterprise plan has no multiplier, so it's the best value for high-volume or complex users.
For example, a simple chat message might cost 50 tokens. On the Personal plan, that would be 500 tokens per chat message, which is about half a cent.
The best subscription plan for you depends on how much and how complex your usage of the Ligantic platform will be. You can change your subscription from within your account settings.
You have two options when setting the billing mode:
Note: when Access Mode is set to Public, a nominated Billing User is required regardless of Billing Mode. This is who all token usage for Guest Users is billed to.
This is the default billing mode for spaces unless they have the Access Mode set to Public.
Setting this Billing Mode shows a "Billing User" configuration. You can set yourself as the Billing User for a Space by clicking the "Set self as Billing User" button.
To set a specific user as the Billing User, ensure that they are invited to the Space as an administrator, have them accept the invitation, and then set themselves as the Billing User.
