Ligantic Credits & Subscription Plans

Ligantic has 4 different subscription plans:

• Personal (free)
• Professional ($39/month)
• Team ($99/month)
• Enterprise (custom pricing)

Ligantic uses a credit system to allow you to access the features on our platform. You buy credits and then use those credits to access different tools and capabilities.

The Professional, Team, and Enterprise plans each include credits each month. For example, the Professional plan gives you 500,000 credits per month. You can buy additional prepaid credits at any time.

The best subscription plan for you depends on how much and how complex your usage of the Ligantic platform will be. You can change your subscription from within your account settings.

Billing Mode

You have two options when setting the billing mode:

• User Pays - All credits used within the Space are billed against the authenticated user's account.
• Space Pays - All credits used within the Space are billed against the nominated Billing Users account. 

Note: when Access Mode is set to Public, a nominated Billing User is required regardless of Billing Mode. This is who all credit usage for Guest Users is billed to. 

User Pays

This is the default billing mode for spaces unless they have the Access Mode set to Public.

Space Pays

Setting this Billing Mode shows a "Billing User" configuration. You can set yourself as the Billing User for a Space by clicking the "Set self as Billing User" button.

To set a specific user as the Billing User, ensure that they are invited to the Space as an administrator, have them accept the invitation, and then set themselves as the Billing User.
